1st prize ram lamb and reserve male champion at the Great Yorkshire Show. Pacific Star is a well muscled twin lamb with great Texel character and tremendous legs. Purchased at Lanark this year for 3,000gns he is part of the exceptional Masterpiece bloodline.

His first progeny have grown out well and took first & third prize ram lamb and ewe lamb on their initial outing to Brecon Show. They also made up the champion texel group.  The ram lamb was champion texel and reserve lowland champion. 

Pacific Star sired the majority of Tynewydd's 2010 crop when the flock won the All Wales Championship.

Cae Waen Priest was purchased from the NSA Ram Sale 2009.  His dam was the  Royal Welsh first prize shearling ewe 2005 (VBW04 002) from Marion Bound.

His sire Jonsland Osian is by Penparc Nacarat who was 2nd prize ram lamb at the Royal Welsh 2007.

2nd prize shearling at his only show outing so far at Brecon Show 2010 and much admired during our flock visit following winning the All Wales championship.

2nd highest price of the day when sold as a shearling at the Builth Wells NSA making 4,600 gns

Othello was our top price shearling at the Wales and Border Ram Sale 2009 at 950gns.  He has excellent eye muscle and confirmation.  Salmonsbridge Yankee is one of our foundation rams by Highfields U2.  He bred tremendous muscling into the flock.

Haddo Lucky Strike (3,800gns) has proved an exceptional sire breeding the entire crop of lambs at Tynewydd in 2007 when the flock took the All Wales Championship. He sired the Champ. Female (’08), Res. Champ Female (’08), Res. Champ Female (’09) at the Welsh National and Champ. Female (’09) South Wales Club Sale. Lucky Strike is sired by the legendary Craighead Hercules out of a dam by the renowned Glenside Drum Major. A massive ram with tremendous frame and back.

Tynewydd Kracker was first prize shearling ram at the Welsh National Sale in 2005.  He was sold to Mr Robert Evans of the Bodferin flock.  He has tremendous giggots and muscling going back to Langford Drummer Boy.
